Edward J. Kelty, PhD
Psychologist
Edward J. Kelty is a Diplomate in Clinical Psychology certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology. Trained at McGill and Duke Universities, Dr. Kelty has had extensive experience in the diagnosis of individuals with neurological impairments and has worked in rehabilitation settings on the management of health behaviors, including pain. His career has encompassed research, teaching, the planning of mental health services, and consultation to such organizations as New York Medical College. Before joining Pain and Rehabilitation Medicine, Dr. Kelty was an assistant director at the National Institute of Mental Health, where he coordinated its international research activities.
